NY Apple Cider Vinegar Infused with Honey and Herbs

We use non-GMO NY State Apples that are fermented and aged for 8 months in steel. We then blend the resulting vinegar with our own wildflower honey and infuse an herb blend from renowned spice blenders, La Boite.
